Having shared the struggles of being a dreamer, being ambitious, being unique and being herself, even she is more than qualified to give the world a bit of her truth. The soul-stirring tones of her voice and the quenching nature of her lyrics, leave you affected beyond description.
The southern twang in her delivery indicates her roots & She was born December 16, 1976 in Monroe, Louisiana. It was in the midst of narrow streets, canal ditches and mossy trees where Amy Nicole Edmonds first began to see the world. During the middle years of grade school, she and her mother moved to Dallas, Texas. It was here, years later, when Amy began to take to stages as Eniqo and pursue a career in music.
It took some time and a great many wrong turns before Eniqo was introduced to James McLaughlin, CEO of Woodyard Entertainment LLC., whose belief and faith in her throughout the process of creating an album, enabled her to give even more of herself to the music.
Eniqo will confess that it has not been an easy ride, but she used every trial as a lesson and made it a triumph. You can hear every stage of her development, every truth and every lesson, every pain and every joy. She does not hide behind the music & She is the music! She has, with pen and pad, confessed to you her own words. She wrote every single song. She has expressed these words with her own voice, even those that linger in the background. She sang every single note.
It is without question that her Debut album entitled “Paradox” & is an experience to be had. It will at times make you dance, at others make you cry, make you think and make you sigh. But, it will make you feel something.
